Therapy license and compact rules in Nevada
Nevada is in the PT Compact and issues and accepts compact privileges. Nevada is not in the OT Compact. Nevada has joined the speech-language pathology compact (ASLP-IC) by law, but compact privileges are not issued there yet. The agencies that license each profession are listed below with links to their official sites.

Checked against official sources on Oct 27, 2026. Compact membership is not the same as being able to work there today: a compact privilege starts only once the compact issues privileges in that state. Confirm with the board before you apply.
